The two contemporary villas, each with two bedrooms, with individual balconies and air conditioning were built by the owner for the benefit of his children. They are now available for rental for the discerning guest and his, or her, family. The villas constitute a complete vacation property, with kitchen, dining room and living areas, apart from the bedrooms and roof top rest area. One villa has king size beds in its two bedrooms; the other villa has two double beds in its two bedrooms. Landscaping incorporates terraced pools with ornamental fish and lush, tropical, plant growth. The architect has incorporated existing trees, notably some dwarf coconut trees in the overall landscaping, giving it an aura of long term permanence. The rental rate ranges from 1,500 pesos/night [approx. US$ 107], to 2,150 pesos/night, [approx. US$ 153] depending on the season and on the bed configuration, with discounts available for extended stays, upon request. The shortest reservable period is one week. Passers-by are welcome, as long as a villa is available. Passers-by are expected to pay in advance for the full period of intended stay. Laundry is available upon request.
